Income tax sleuths at BJP president Nitin Gadkari's son's door
NEW DELHI: Income Tax officials carried out searches at the premises of a company in which Nikhil Gadkari, son of BJP president Nitin Gadkari, is a significant shareholder.
The searches on the Nagpur-based Ankur Seeds come in the wake of recent I-T searches on a Gujarat-based company where large investments had come from Ankur Seeds.
BJP spokesman Prakash Javdekar said, "We dont want to comment on this now, as this could be a routine check."
